Greetings from Cebu! :)
Haven't posted for a veeeeery long time, sorry for that.
Anyways, I moved to Cebu, from Bacolod, last October 14, 2013 and I'm already in love with this place. :)
I moved here for a purpose, ON-THE-JOB TRAINING. That is why I haven't updated my blog, and I miss blogging. :/
Anyways, forget all the drama. LOL! I would like to share to you my training which made me grow and become mature AND more serious in life.
Anyways, forget all the drama. LOL! I would like to share to you my training which made me grow and become mature AND more serious in life.
Let me start with our job interview at Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan last October 9, 2013. We arrived at almost 9:00 A.M but had our interview at 1:30 P.M. Starting from that experience, I'd realize how hard it is to live.
I was really nervous during the interview, but with the help of God, it later paid off.
October 14, 2013 was our Orientation and our First Day at work.
I was assigned at the Food and Beverage- Service Department (Café Uno). To tell you honestly, waitering was my weakness.

Supposed to be, I'll be working for only 2 weeks. I was glad upon knowing that my supervisors and the manager love the way I work. Even the guests wrote my name on the GSI (a paper which shows the ratings of the restaurant) as their star.
So they extended me for another month, and another....
Until I reached January 5, 2014. I have no choice but to change and try the other departments. :(
One realization that I learned from the Service Department was that "My weakness was also my strength."
The next was the Housekeeping Department. This was the most tiring work! Full cleaning of rooms, make-up rooms, etc.
What's worse was, after our shift, we need to practice for the upcoming Sinulog 2014.
But on the bright side, we get to bond aaaaaaaand FREE FOOOOOD!! LOL.
On the day of the performance, I got one of my wish, to dress like a PRINCESS ^_^
I'm happy with the positive response on our performance. We dance twice for two consecutive days.
After two weeks, next was the Food and Beverage - Production Department, which is my strength before, now, I don't know. LOL
I always wished to experience at the Pastry Section, it happened! And one of my accomplishments was to help carving the Wooden Horse for Chinese New Year. (Hooray for me!)
As my end approached, which was last February 3, 2014. I had this question that's always on my mind. What will my life be back in my city? I know I can do it!
