Eazy Fashion Review

It's been more than a year since I had my first purchase on Eazy Fashion. Now, I'll be having some changes, based on my experience with its service.

I had been a Member/Reseller of Eazy Fashion Shop for almost 1 year and 7 months already(basing on the published date).

 Let's have a quick review on their profile.

About Eazy Fashion

The company’s aim to be an affordable supplier of high-end fashion accessories does not stop at gaining expanding and growing for its own.

Eazy Fashion also wishes to help Filipinos start up their own business by allowing them to use the company materials such as the product photos to be posted on their own sites for business opportunities.

These people can be listed as the company’s resellers without the need of a capital. Resellers can wait for their own customers to order and pay for the items they want. This way, the company’s resellers can order only the items that are already paid by their sure buyers.

Eazy Fashion proves that a good-natured business can be done without even paying for a single centavo.

The company indeed not only wants to promote a stylish lifestyle through its products but it also wants to improve the lives of Filipinos by giving them a good source of income.

Aside from the aim to be the best online fashion accessory shop in the Philippines, this is also one of Eazy Fashion’s corporate missions.

Up to now I can still say that, they indeed achieve everything that they said on its Philosophy and Values! (still a thumbs up)

Big and Updated Inventory - SLIGHTLY CHECK
     Reason: There are times that they don't update the items, most especially its availability, its sizes and its colors. There are a number of times that when I ordered a product, especially if its from my  buyer,  I would received a text or an e-mail saying that the color of a certain product is not available. It was a little bit of disappointing especially if I am maximizing the shipping fee in just one purchase. But mostly everything's okay.

When I made my first purchase before, I received it right away and up to now I am still experiencing it.

Items 

When I had the first purchase of the items, I received what is really on the picture. But after those, there are times that I get disappointed because of how far it looks with the original ones. There was one instance I ordered a dress for my buyer, and when she received it, she looks kind of disappointed since it looks cute on the picture.

But on a positive note, they have items that were really, really cute!

Sellers
For the sellers, I think they have different personalities. There was one who was very approachable and there's also one who was not. And I've been experiencing lately some delays with my queries to their product.


SUGGESTIONS:
1. It's better if they also post the original photos of the product.
2. It's also good that they put the number of items left for their product. (Example: Romwe)
3. Hopefully, they'll have a schedule everyday for the answer of queries and the processing of orders. (Example: 8 to 10 am - processing of orders for same day shipping; 10am to 3pm - processing of orders for next day shipping and; 4pm to 6pm - answer of queries) In that way, customers will be expecting that within that time they'll be having answers.
4. Be more friendly to customers. Customers were the reason why shops were still there. They were also the reasons why they gain revenues.

I still recommend Eazy Fashion Shop ^_^
